Add all necessary photos to all copies. 5. Acquire necessary signatures in BLUE INK 6.Send all 4 copies completed by Mail to : Short Term Exchange Coordinator Dr. Vicki Tatum  604 White Chapel Circle  Charleston, SC 29412  Applications Due January 15th You should send a check for the application fee of $350.00  with applications written to Rotary YE Dist. 7770 Inc.! After your application is received, you will be contacted by the District Committee for an interview.
